Purpose of Course    

 

To give law enforcement/security officers —

·        a comprehensive overview of basic interviewing and interrogation concepts and techniques

·        an introduction to a new and effective technique for interrogating the sophisticated suspect

·        an investigative edge during interviews and interrogations of witnesses and suspects

Experienced officers/investigators who —

·        desire a concise review on the topics of interviews and interrogations

·        want to improve their ability to get needed information—from cooperative and hostile parties, witnesses, suspects, and victims—
            as accurately and completely as possible

·        are looking for more sophisticated techniques and more consistently effective results of interviews and interrogations
